Go To Point Of View list too long

The "Go to point of view" under the 3D View menu is capped at 41 entries on a 1080p screen. I have more than that, and can no longer access the least-recently-used ones beyond the cutoff. This menu should really scroll or wrap, but it doesn't. Is there any workaround? Plugin?
I can of course render at any stored point, can even delete them, it's only the go-to that is a non-scrolling list.

Rather than introducing scrolling menus which are not so handy, I propose to display the viewpoints list in a separate dialog box when it's getting too long.

Sounds good to me.

I would suggest have the 20 most-recently-used show directly under the menu (as currently), and (only?) if the list >20 then have an additional "Show all points of view..." entry that brings up the dialog to select from the full list.
If there are less than 20 points in the list it will behave exactly as it does now.
