Textures attached to boxes sometimes stuck at 45 deg angle

I have built a box on FreeCAD and successfully imported it. It has 6 sides and when I select to add a texture it places the texture at a 45 deg angle rather than the selected angle of 0 deg. What am I doing wrong?

If you can assign a texture to each side individually you can select the 'wrong' side and rotate the texture to fit.
If that doesn't work you will have to change your object in FreeCAD to make sure the texture is aligned correctly, which is probably the reason for the problem.

Or you could use the standard box in SH3D which has its textures oriented correctly...
