imported furniture

Hello everyone

Imported *.3ds , *.obj , *.dae files do not work as usual. Or I couldn't.

for example ;

I found a window model. I wanted to use this on the wall. but it does not automatically split the wall and settle. what is the reason of this ?

It will work correctly if you pay attention to select the option Door or window at the third step of the furniture import wizard.
