How to change the colour of dimensions

Hi together, I want to ask again for how to change the colour of dimensions? since many years there is no reply to this question.

I'd like to know this too. Currently, when I'm drawing walls, the text generated to indicate the length of the wall is in a quite pale lime green...on the white of the background. It's hard for my aging eyes to read this text—which is tiny!—with such little contrast between text and background.

Starting with 7.3 version you could
right click -> Modify dimensions...
Under Style you could change font dimension AND color.
Also on the toolbar you could set the font of selected item (Increase/Decrease, bold, italic).
