When I run the Sweet Home 3d, the new windows is opened but after few second the progam crash... nothing is working is all complitely freezed.. the only way is to kill the process from windows activity manager tool.

Maybe the 64 bit version doesn't work in your environment. Could you try to install the 32 bit version to check if it works better? Uninstall the Microsoft Store version, download the installer of the free version here, run it and in the screen that lets you choose the installation folder, select the 32 bit architecture.

Potential solution 1. I installed Java's JRE1.8.0_251 from Java.com
2. I copied C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_251 files into C:\Program Files (x86)\Sweet Home 3D\jre8
3. Run Sweet Home 3D 6.3 (from SweetHome3D-6.3-windows.exe)
My PC setup CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X GPU: GTX 1080 Ti with driver 446.14 and GeForce Experience disabled. SH3D seems to have a problem with GeForce Experience. OS: Windows 10 version 2004
My other PC has CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K GPU: RTX 2080 Ti with driver 446.14 and GeForce Experience disabled. OS: Windows 10 version 2004

Also have had a problem with the 3D display SH3D 6.3 64bit - very very slow response to mouse and updates. With a relatively simple design of a shed and 2D view zoomed to max the response is dire. It's almost as if Java is thrashing with garbage clean-up.
Win 10 Pro version 2004. Desktop 64-bit Intel i3-3220 3.3GHz, 8GB ram no virtual ram (only 124MB used by Java). All drives are SSD. Screen is 1920 x 1080.
This is driving me nuts as am trying to get the shed design out to a framing company for pricing.
