A-Frame House Is it possible to make the sloped walls/roof of an a-frame house in Sweet Home? |

Re: A-Frame House You could build the roof with large and thin boxes that you will rotate around their horizontal axis. ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |

Re: A-Frame House Or use the wall function to make a roof section and then export that as an object. Reorienting it inside the import object tool. An extra level can help with the precise fiddling and sizing of the wall parts, since the underlying plans are visible. That way you can also locate windows from the start, as skylights. The ridge will look neat and it handles exterior and interior textures. This works just fine for a simple A frame, but for more complicated roof structures the best option is with simple box and triangle shapes. |
