Re: Roadmap Now that version 3.0 is out, you may wonder what will be on the menu in the coming releases. So here's a list of the main features that will probably appear in the 3.+ releases: - Management of levels - Management of roofs - New wizard to create one room from a default shape (rectangular, L shape, U shape) - New wizard to create 3D models from pictures applied on the faces of a cube - Better color and date/time choosers - New palettes to edit the attributes of furniture, walls, rooms and other selectable items. Re: Roadmap >New wizard to create 3D models from pictures applied on the faces of a cube This "trompe l'oeil" technique would allow to swiftly create for instance a sauna, a shower, a car, a miror with its light simply by starting with a cube and projecting simply between 1 & 3 pictures ! But please consider at the same time a polyhedron http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyhedron So that one can create for instance a hexagonal table or greek column :-) |
