Accuracy of Object Movement
Hi all,

My Apartment's ground plan is rather winded, so I'm sceptical whether I will be able to bring-in a new Seating Furniture into my Appartment's living room, at all.

That's why I hoped Sweet Home 3D helps in simulating Furniture (Objects) movement from one Room to another Room.

I would like to ckeck Seat Furniture's dimensional fitness to be passed through my Entrance door into my narrow, angled Entrance area, and finally into the living room. A drawing of the Situation is here: https://imgur.com/a/iBXqdyT

What I know is, the Outcome is restricted by two limits: Properties of the Room ground plan, and the "bottle necks", set up by the doorways.

Does Sweet Home 3D support such Object particular movement simulation?

Thank you for helping me :-)

Re: Accuracy of Object Movement
Yes and no.

- Place your furniture at teh start point.
- Click Modify Furniture
- Rotate the furniture in a semi-upright position
- Use the arrow-keys to guide your furniture to the destination
- Repeat until you find your answer.

H

PS
Most probably it will not be possible to get this into your house/room.

Dear Hansmex

Thank you so much for this information, and for checking the drawing! So you're kinda sceptical too... Despite of physics, will try it with Sweet Home 3D :-)

Thanks again, Happy Weekend :-)
