Imported Textures and Objects Gone I was working on a home and my computer ran out of battery, when I turned my computer back on to continue working all of my imported textures were gone. I checked to see if they had been deleted completly in C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\eTeks\Sweet Home 3D, and they are all gone, as well as all of my imported furniture. I was curious if there is a way to retrieve any of the files. |

Re: Imported Textures and Objects Gone Update: I continued working and the program started giving me tips on how to use functions even though I got the program more than a year ago and asked them to stop appearing then. I did update the program back in September but I had no problem accessing any of my imports then. I do believe with this that it may have been a total program reset of some kind, but I'm not sure. |

Re: Imported Textures and Objects Gone If the folder C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\eTeks\Sweet Home 3D is empty, I fear you lost the textures and the furniture you imported, as well as preferences where is also stored the information about the tips you don't want to be displayed anymore. Your computer probably stopped working as the moment when Sweet Home 3D was writing preferences, but this looks rather like a system crash ![]() ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |

Re: Imported Textures and Objects Gone Thank you for the information. Also, is there a way to add furniture from the home to the catalog, or would it have to be re-imported? |
