Is there a way to snap objects to ceiling?
Hi all,

Is there a way to make an object a "ceiling" one like lights? I specifically want a ventilation fan on the ceiling but it only sticks to walls. Many thanks.

Hi,

Verify the option 'magnetism'.

If the problem is again present, the height = ceiling height - fan thickness.
Example :
ceiling height = 2.50 m
fan thickness = 0.50 m
height = 2.50 - 0.50 = 2.0 m

With the choosen model, you must add lights.

There's no magnetism on ceilings! And there are also some fans among Sweet Home 3D free models.
