Sofabed - double model - open closed
I made a sofabed - one of those that generally resembles a proper sofa when closed and becomes a proper bed (not mattress on the floor) when open.

There is a trick to the two models to be able to toggle open/closed. Select both .zip files from the file list and drag-drop into SH3D plan. The two files will import (import dialogue for both) and then be placed correctly in plan. Keep both selected when moving and place correctly. Use the visibility checkbox in the furniture list to see what it looks like open/closed.

PS - there was an animated .gif too, but SourceForge apparently did not like the animation - or I missed something.

Thanks. Given your current (very nice) house plan, this little sofabed is not going to make much of a difference to the overall budget smile

The type is quite generic with similar models available from many retailers, but the prices vary greatly. From a couple of hundred Euro to many times that. Interestingly, the difference between the very expensive and less expensive models are not that obvious. Even some of the less expensive ones provided good sitting comfort as well as a decent mattress. The very cheap ones are a different story, though.

I forgot to mention that the textures are fairly correctly mapped for a 20x20 cm texture image. Some retailers will have (seamless) images of available textures that can be used.
