Imports of furniture in sh3f
Hello. I apologize in advance for incorrect writing. I am from Poland. I have a question. Is it possible to import a large amount of furniture? How to create a library of furniture in sh3f? I will be grateful for help

Re: Imports of furniture in sh3f
You can create a sh3f file with the Furniture Library Editor.

Re: Imports of furniture in sh3f
Open the Furniture Library Editor which is a separate piece of software to edit libraries: sh3f files. Drop supported models (OBJ, DAE, KMZ, 3DZ or such files in ZIP) in window. Make sure linked files are in the correct place, e.g. an OBJ file will need a MTL file and textures in the correct directory (usually the same as where the OBJ file is). Each model will get an entry. Check whether size is correct and other attributes. Save library and import in SH3D (Furniture, Import Furniture Library - or just double-click the .sh3f file). The items from the library should now be available in SH3D. Note that the Furniture Library Editor is just a way of editing the catalogue of furniture, it does not let you edit the object as such.

It is, btw, also possible to add even further properties to each object, such as icon visible in plan, light-source properties and door/window opening, but for that you need to edit the a file called PluginFurnitureCatalog.properties in the .sh3f file (zipped). A brief intro in the SVG guide p. 9 onwards. ok

The problem is that I do not know how to run the program. I downloaded it and do not know how to install it. I'm in Windows- options x64 - j3dcore-ogl.dll. Nothing happens. I have windows 7 64 bit. How to Start?

Did you read the link from Puybaret over: thread 1550: FurnitureLibraryEditor? That you should have Java and so on? ok
