Tool Selection Key Shortcuts ? I'm new to Sweet Home 3D. When working in the floor plan view, I find that I frequently change between the pointer and and pan tools (and others). Is there a key or key sequence that changes the currently selected tool? It would be VERY handy to use my left hand to change tools while reserving my right hand for the mouse. Thanks, Jack |

Re: Tool Selection Key Shortcuts ? OUTSTANDING! That's even better than I'd hoped: It reverts when you let off. Thank you very much. |

Re: Tool Selection Key Shortcuts ? Yes, the short-cuts are time savers. But I have wondered: Mouse scroll-wheel shifts canvas up-down, and CTRL-scroll zooms. But as far as I can tell, SHIFT-scroll does not shift canvas sideways like much other software. Is this something you considered? ok |

Re: Tool Selection Key Shortcuts ? It's something I considered but the last time I tried to program it under Windows, I didn't succeed to find a workaround. The main difficulty is to make the vertical scrollbar ignore the mouse wheel actions when the shift key is pressed. ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |
