can't launch since upgrade to ubuntu 14.04... hi, since the last ubuntu upgrade, i can't launch sweethome3d anymore... i tried to reinstall it from repositories, but no luck... this is the error i get: $ sweethome3d Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError at com.eteks.sweethome3d.j3d.Component3DManager$RenderingErrorListenerManager.setRenderingErrorObserver(Unknown Source) at com.eteks.sweethome3d.j3d.Component3DManager.setRenderingErrorObserver(Unknown Source) at com.eteks.sweethome3d.SweetHome3D.addComponent3DRenderingErrorObserver(Unknown Source) at com.eteks.sweethome3d.SweetHome3D.init(Unknown Source) at com.eteks.sweethome3d.SweetHome3D.main(Unknown Source) Caused by: java.awt.HeadlessException at javax.media.j3d.VirtualUniverse.<clinit>(VirtualUniverse.java:294) ... 5 moreany suggestion..? |

Re: can't launch since upgrade to ubuntu 14.04... i tried and download the installer from the download page, and it perfectly works... this probably means that something got wrong with java during the operative system update, but i can't understand why a sweethome3d package purge and reinstall did not solve the problem... |
