Problems with roof (and ceilings) Hi all, first let me say that this is a superb program. I used to make my design in Visio before but SH3D is simply much easier and 3D. I have only been working with this since approx. 2 weeks but I am having difficulties with creating a roof for my design. I created the two floors and the major part of the roof is a normal saddle roof, but we have a garage with a normal roof integrated for a part in the saddle and I don't know how to do this in SH3D. I tried to use the pdf document but I simply don't get it. And I don't know if it's related to the roof problem, but I am not able to get ceilings either. Thanks in advance Steven |

Re: Problems with roof (and ceilings) Hi,
ok PS - For a saddle roof with convex curves, i.e. a hyperbolic paraboloid, it would be more complicated... For other challenges, Hansmex' roof guide will steer you in the right direction. |
