Issue re-opening a saved file Hi Firstly let me say thanks for such a great product. Allowed me to easily draw up a few different concepts to show people One problem i have come across is after I create a new plan, save it and then close. When I go to re-open it, the plan section of the window is blank. The 3D render shows up as does the furniture menu but the plan is blank. This has happened on multiple computers I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit 512GB EVGA 8800GT video card 8GB RAM Sweet Home 3D v4.3 Java v7 Update 51 I have uploaded the file at this link >> https://docs.google.com/file/d/0Bx1eTU5qienQUkxwbUlEaU5QSGM/edit If you could let me know what I need to do that would be great as I need to make further amendments but cant with the app in its current state |

Re: Issue re-opening a saved file Daniel, When I open your file, the horizontal bar that separates 2D window and 3D window is positioned at the top of the screen, effectively hiding the entire 2D window. However, when I drag that bar down, the 2D windows shows up normally. Hans ---------------------------------------- Hans new website - under constuction hansdirkse.info |

Re: Issue re-opening a saved file I checked the file again and there was no capability to drag down the 2d window, but it did give me the idea (as I had the 3d window separate) So i brought the 3d window back into the program and the 2d plan re-appeared!! Thanks so much for your help!!! And now i feel like a goose since it was such a simple fix (here I was thinking it was a java issue or something else) Thanks once again, and great product BTW |
