Jmonkeyengine
Would it be possible to see http://jmonkeyengine.org/ integrated to Sweet Home 3D to improve real time rendering ?

Re: Jmonkeyengine
Even if parts of the program where current Java 3D is used are well identified, replacing a rendering engine by an other is a tough decision.
Why and how do you think it would perform better than Java 3D?

Re: Jmonkeyengine
Sorry for late reply ... Well I don't know I seen this rendering engine that seem to be also based on JAVA. I guessed it could be easy to integrate. I don't know how much work is required to change the engine but I guess it's not an easy task. Why I think it will perform better than JAVA 3D .... hum to be honest I don't know I am not a specialist of JAVA 3D. Just visually what Jmonkeyengine is showing on the site look better to me. And those kind of visual feature could be a real great addition to sweethome 3D.
