Cavity wall isolation I would like to be able to draw a cavity wall and also add cavity filling (cavity wall isolation). Obvously I can simulate a cavity wall drawing several walls, but this doesn't cope with windows and doors etc. (I think). So I would like to know if such kind of wall exists and can be used as a single object (prefereable allowing to change/size cavity filling) |

Re: Cavity wall isolation SH3D doesn't have cavity walls. You can (easily) make them yourself by drawing 3 parallel walls. I suggest using exact X,Y coordinates to avoid overlapping. To insert walls and doors, use this trick: 1 - insert a (suitably thick) hatch or an invisible box by using CTRL + ARROW KEY. This will pierce your walls. 2 - using the same method, insert a door or window. This has the added advantage that you have more control over the placing and thickness of your door/window.
