3D viewer: switching between Aerial View and Virtual Visit Hi, I found Sweethome3D online a couple of weeks ago and first of all I'd like to say what a great tool it is! Thank you Emmanuele for creating it and thanks to Hans for the tips & tricks he posted, they were invaluable to create the special roof forms that I needed. I'm using SweetHome3D to create "before" and "after" views for a house remodeling project. I put the 3D viewer on my website so I can just send people a link to my site where they can browse the virtual photos that I rendered and open the interactive 3D models. Now on to my question: the 3D viewer seems to "remember" the last 3D view mode that I used when modeling the house in SweetHome3D. If possible, I'd like visitors to my page to be able to choose which mode they want to use: aerial view or virtual visit. Is there a way to do this? As a workaround, I could of course store two copies of the .sh3d files (one saved when in aerial view, one saved when in virtual visit mode) but that would be a waste of storage space and bandwidth. |

Re: 3D viewer: switching between Aerial View and Virtual Visit You can switch between the two modes with the space bar. It's explained in the introduction of the README.TXT file coming with the viewer. ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |

Re: 3D viewer: switching between Aerial View and Virtual Visit Hi Emmanuel, Ouch, that was dumb of me, I searched the forum and FAQ but didn't look at the readme again... Thanks for your reply. |

Re: 3D viewer: switching between Aerial View and Virtual Visit No problem. Let's hope that the next time, users will have more chances to find the information by themselves, since it's now in the forum too. ![]() ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |
