Main window remains unrealizable when 3D view is detached Emmanuel, i'm still using 3.7 with Java 1.6.0_37, not tried with Java 7 yet. But i encountered some strange behaviour under Mountain Lion compared to Leopard. When i open an existing project, the project window opens up dramaticaly reduced in size and also remains un-resizable, until i re-attach the 3d-view back to main window. Note: Most of my projects are saved with detached 3dview. My projects have been migrated from Leopard (PPC), V3.7 to Mountain Lion (Intel), dunno if this is important. here's a not very useful grab of the mentioned "smaller" window in original size: macfrog [Note from moderator: message was moved to different thread] |

Re: Main window remains unrealizable when 3D view is detached This must be bound to the window resizing interdiction I programmed in version 3.7 while a SH3D file is opened under Mac OS X. It was to avoid program freezing that may happened if the user tries to enlarge the window at that moment, but it seems to need some refinement. As I could reproduce the bug you reported on my computer, I should be able to fix it in the next version. Meanwhile the workaround is easy, simply attach and detach again the 3D view. ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |

Re: Main window remains unrealizable when 3D view is detached This bug should have been fixed in the version 4.0 released yesterday. ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |
