Conversion SH3D to/from DWG I need to be able to convert Sweet Home 3D files to AutoCAD files and back again. Is there a simple way to do this? |

Re: Conversion SH3D to/from DWG As DWG is a proprietary format, it's not at all free software friendly (see the Legal issues section in the Wikipedia article about DWG), and there's very little chance that Sweet Home 3D supports DWG in a close future. If needed you can use the OBJ format that Sweet Home 3D supports to import 3D models and to export the current 3D view. ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |

Re: Conversion SH3D to/from DWG Has any thought been given to the DXF format for file conversion? |

Re: Conversion SH3D to/from DWG Do you have any recommendations for any of these converters? I need to be able to transfer the files in both directions. |

Re: Conversion SH3D to/from DWG I haven't tried any of them, because I have no way of testing the conversion. H ---------------------------------------- Hans new website - under constuction hansdirkse.info |
