Re: Front Elevation Bdembla, There is no way to automatically make a front elevation or cross section of your house design in SH3D. Equally, there is no way to automatically generate and insert stairs and staircases in SH3D. I have written a partial tutorial on how to correctly insert a circular staircase, which you can find here (PDF). I have been thinking about adding more info on stairs, and could produce a chapter on how to make a staircase with two straight stairs with a 90 degree turn, including how to design the ceiling hole. The good news is that SH3D is open source, and that it accepts plug-ins: you could write your own routine(s) for missing functions (and share them with us?). Of course, that requires that you can program Java, something I can't. Hans ---------------------------------------- Hans new website - under constuction hansdirkse.info |
