Issues with desktop installation- advice please I am experiencing a persistent bug where ghost/duplicate images of the screen appear whenever I click or move the mouse in SweetHome 3D. The application becomes completely unusable. My setup: ∙ Windows 11 25H2 build 26200.8037 ∙ Dual 4K monitors (32” Dell and 27” — both at 3840x2160) ∙ Nvidia graphics card ∙ SweetHome 3D version 7.5 (32-bit) Fixes I have already tried without success: ∙ Disabled Nahimic service ∙ Disabled Nvidia GeForce Experience overlay ∙ Compatibility mode set to Windows 8 ∙ DPI scaling override set to Application ∙ Created SweetHome3D.l4j.ini with various flags including -Dsun.java2d.d3d=true, -Dsun.java2d.opengl=false and -Dcom.eteks.sweethome3d.resolutionScale=2 and 3 ∙ Matched scaling on both monitors to 150% The application works perfectly on a single monitor laptop with Intel integrated graphics. Is there a known fix for this specific dual 4K Nvidia combination? Thank you |
