Circle and rectangle for wheelchair accessible bathroom
Hello,
I would like to draw:
- a 150cm diameter circle showing the minimum turning radius for a wheelchair in a bathroom.
- a 80 x 130 cm rectangle showing the "transfer area" from e.g. the wheelchair to the shower.
Dashed lines would be optimal if possible.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Circle and rectangle for wheelchair accessible bathroom
There's a 3D model of a wheelchair circle on the 3D models page: https://www.sweethome3d.com/search-free-3d-models/?q=wheelchair
For the rectangle you can draw a room of 80x130 and give it a texture that has dashed lines. You can rotate a texture so a texture with vertical or horizontal lines can also be used.

Re: Circle and rectangle for wheelchair accessible bathroom
Thanks keet.
In the meantime I have used the following workaround: use a round carpet, changing its color to "very light".
It works fine but there may be a bug in SH3D: although the carpet elevation is zero (i.e. on the floor), in the 2D map it appears above (and therefore partly hiding them) other furniture even though they are "hanging" i.e. well above floor level.
To fix this I need to cut-paste all furniture, after doing so the carpet actually appears on the floor and under the furniture.

Re: Circle and rectangle for wheelchair accessible bathroom
This has to do with the order of the objects. Look at the bottom left list with objects. You can click and drag the circle item to the top of the list. That is the same as what you did without the need to cut&paste.

I knew I had created a turn circle a long time ago. Took me a while to find it. I have added it to my DodecagonBathroom library. (That's what I created the circle for in the first place.) You can change individual colors on that one.
That library has a few more models for wheelchair access you might find interesting. My kitchen libraries also have wheelchair accessible sinks.
