Problem with 3D view
Hello.
This is my first time posting on a forum. I've used this program without any problems. To this day, the 3D view isn't displaying on my new computer, as you can see in the picture. I can do everything normally. I mean, use the green arrows to move even though they're invisible, and select objects in the 3D view. I think I've tried everything. I've installed Java, DirectX, various versions of the program, new drivers, and the Autologger plugin. I've searched the entire internet and can't figure it out. Does anyone have any ideas?

my computer is:
AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
Asus ProArt X670E-Creator WiFi
AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX (Driver Build Number 2511111112-25.20.29.01-251106a-421109C-AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Edition)
128gb ddr5

Re: Problem with 3D view
Make sure that you have installed the 64 bit version of Sweet Home 3D.
The Adrenalin graphics driver has shown bugs before. Install the latest version.

Re: Problem with 3D view
I installed every version I could find, from 6.4 to the latest, always 64-bit. Same problem everywhere. No display.

Re: Problem with 3D view
Have you tried varying your GFX driver like Keet mentioned? I know some versions of AMD/ATI drivers have caused issues in the past with the 3D view. Usually corruption rather than complete absence though. The solution back then was to roll back to an older version of the GFX drivers.

Re: Problem with 3D view
I had older ones and thought the new version would fix it. Unfortunately, it's the same on both :( I think I've tried everything I could find on the forum. I even disabled the integrated graphics card.

Re: Problem with 3D view
Graphics software like Riva Tuner and NahimicSvc64.exe have been known to cause problems. If you have one of these or similar running disable them and try again.
