Re: artificial intelligence in working with the render.
The only difficulty there is that the texture can only be like in the photo, and you can't change it in parts. You can only completely change the color.
That can be fixed if the file format is one that can be imported in Blender. With Blender you can select ranges of faces and assign separate materials. Of course this can be very tedious if it is a complex model with many different materials, but it can be done. After export as obj/mtl you import your model in Sweet Home 3D where you can change individual materials.

The chair shouldn't be too difficult, a material for the legs and a material for the fabric. The legs are easy to select in Blender and can be given a material name, the rest is the fabric that can get its own material name.

Re: artificial intelligence in working with the render.
I used AI as much as possible. I made all the 3D models from photographs using Trellis (sofa, chest of drawers, candelabra with candles, people), made several separate camera movements using HailuoAI. I edited it in a regular video editor. In Hailuo, you can make people on the couch move a little by using promt. It's not exactly a replacement for the SH3D video render, because you need to stay within the boundaries of the original render photo. otherwise, the AI will finish it completely unnecessarily. But the processing time for the entire clip is certainly not comparable. This video took me 1.5 hours of work, and the same video with lighting in SH3D probably took several days (I'll assume a week). But you can't turn to the side in an AI video. There's a pandora's box. Unlike SH3D. blushing

Artificial intelligence helps to establish communication with the characters in your room. They're smiling at you. That's encouraging.

Smile back. blushing
