Export plan to image plugin creating empty png
I am on version 7.4.1 of Sweet Home on a Mac M1, and have installed ver 1.0.2 of the Export Plan to Image plugin ExportPlanImage-1.0.2.sh3p.

When used, the plugin creates a zero byte png file in the destination folder (/Users/m1/Library/Containers/com.eteks.sweethome3d.SweetHome3D/Data) and a .tmp file in the /Data/tmp folder.

Manually changing the tmp file extension to .png results in a fully functional image.

Can anyone shed light on how I can fix this?

Re: Export plan to image plugin creating empty png
I tried again ExportPlanImage-1.0.2.sh3p plug-in with Sweet Home 3D 7.4.1 on a MacBook Air M1 and I didn't encounter any issue.
Did you get any error message?
How large is the exported file found in tmp folder?

Re: Export plan to image plugin creating empty png
No error message.
I typically export at 2000px and the file in the tmp folder is around 400kb.

In case its relevant I'm on Sonoma 14.5, and have the following plugins installed:
- Change color
- Export plan to Image
Multiplier
Pan in 3d view
Plan rotator
Plugins manager
SVG tuner
Staircase generator
Wirings

Re: Export plan to image plugin creating empty png
I just ran into this bug on a fairly large image. Reducing the image size from 10,000 pix down to under 9,000 fixed it in my case, although for some reason the .png files save with black backgrounds when opened, plain in the preview, doesn't happen all the time, and only with png not jpg
