3D model graphics stuttering on HP Elite 8300 with Intel HD Graphics 4000 Hope this can help people with similar problem. Environment =========== - SweetHome3D v7.0.2 - Windows 10 Pro - HP Elite 8300 PC with Intel HD Graphics 4000 Symptoms ======== - After using the 3D model view for about 10 seconds, the 3D model view freezes and becomes unresponsive. - It Un-freeze after a little while, and then freezes again. - Work-around is to restart SweetHome3D to get another 10 seconds of 3D model view usage. - Drawing plan view works without issue. Just a problem with 3D model view. Resolution ========== - Problem due to following driver version, Intel HD Graphics 4000 Driver Date: 21/12/2015 Driver Version: 10.18.10.4358 - Downloaded following graphics driver from Intel web site and problem resolved! Latest installed version: Intel HD Graphics 4000 Driver Date: 6/08/2020 Driver Version: 10.18.10.5161 |
