How to edit an existing 3D object, like a door? Hi, What options are there for editing an existing 3D object (obj, dae) using SH3D (e.g. furniture library) and SketchUp? I've found a nice 3D model but want to change a few things to suit my home. Cheers, Kiat |

Re: How to edit an existing 3D object, like a door? You can edit a model in SketchUp, then export it to DAE/Collada or OBJ format and import it in Sweet Home 3D. You may also use Blender which is free and handles very well OBJ format import and export. ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |
