3D rotation of an Object Hi, I am drawing an attic with a pitched roof. I have designed the roof in SweetHome and saved it as object. I then import it as object (furniture import) in the main draw of the attic and in included in the library in the category of miscellaneous objects. Issue is that I need to rotate now the roof in 3D in order to align it to the below sloping walls . I need to use all 3 axis or rotation directly on the CAD. Re: 3D rotation of an Object Is it possible ? Yes. Select the object after insert in plan; Right click->modify furniture->set the rotation angle on 3 axis. Re: 3D rotation of an Object Yes,thanks, i tried but it is pretty dufficult to pick the right angle, rotation 3d, and furthermore once i change the angle it goes in totaly wrong position. Re: 3D rotation of an Object For simple roofs could help but for some little more complex don't. Especially if you want to insert some windows or an unregulated shape of roof. Is not quite a simple task but with perseverance You will succeed.
