Door and Window dimensions
Do the dimensions for a door or window relate to the size of the "hole" in the wall or the inner width of the object?
When in a raw building, only the size of the "hole" can be measured. When in a complete furnished one I measure the inner width.

Re: Door and Window dimensions
What do you mean by "inner width"? The width of the door itself without the frame around it?

Re: Door and Window dimensions
If I am in a raw building I would measure the "hole in the wall" as there is no door.
In a furnished one I would measure the inside of the frame around it.
Or do I have to measure the size of the door-blade?
Just a short explanation to what the size of the door relates.
Thanks

Re: Door and Window dimensions
A size of a door is handled like any other piece of furniture, its width is the width with the door frame if any. See also this page.
