Speed up Photo Creation Is there a way to speed up the process of making a "photo" in SH3D - other than buying more memory and a new graphic board? |

Re: Speed up Photo Creation to speed up rendering it would be necessary to limit lighting and reflective surfaces for certain, there are several other items but they make much smaller differences. as for ram or graphics card, ram would help but graphics card has little affect, sh3ds built in render tool, sunflow, uses the cpu not gpu, when an alternative was looked at, yarafray was chosen, it too uses cpu, so no real choice, it simply improved things a little for those who already had it good. |
