Re: Another "New" Home Based on a House Plan I Found Online
Okay, this is another house design that I'd found online, actually a couple of years ago. I thought I might have already posted it, but I can't seem to find it in any of my posts, so I'm going to share it now. If anybody remembers if I had, thank you and sorry for reposting this.

If I remember correctly, I'd found that someone was selling on Etsy an old catalog of homes, either from the 1950s or 1960s, and this one house stood out to me.

I made a few personal changes, making it into 3-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom home. I also imagined that it wasn't partially under the ground. Here's the file for my re-imagined house plan.

Aerial Front and Back. As you can see, I didn't do any landscaping for this house.

Front Entry, although the front door didn't render very well.

This is the area that had been marked on the original plan as the Family Room, Laundry, I think a bathroom, and the area under the stairs. Now it's the Great Room, Kitchen, and Pantry.

The Laundry/Mud Room, and the Powder Room. These areas are in what had been labeled in the original plan as the "Work Shop" (this area also now includes the Mechanical Room that I didn't get a picture of), and a little of the Garage (so that there is a hallway there). I think these rooms seem a bit larger than probably necessary though.

The Garage.

Now we go upstairs.

The Stairwell and the L-shaped Hallway. Lots of changes done on this floor. Sliding doors out onto the back patio balcony.

The area originally marked as the Study, furnished as my sewing area.

Main Bathroom, behind the Study.

Bedroom, behind the Main Bathroom.

En-Suite Bedroom. It has its own Walk-In Closet, but also has access to the Master Walk-In Closet. The doors on the left-side wall are to the following, closest to farthest: Hallway (the _ of the L-shape), En-Suite Bathroom, Walk-In Closet.

Master En-Suite Bedroom, En-Suite Bathroom, and Walk-In Closet. Sliding doors out onto the back patio balcony.

The Back Patio Balcony. Underneath is the Florida Room (or Sun Room, whichever you wish to call it); I didn't furnish that part, and I didn't take a picture of it.

And finally, the screenshots of each level.
