Need help creating a new build in Sweet Home 3D (interior + lighting design)
Hello everyone,

I’m looking for someone to create a Sweet Home 3D model of a planned new build detached house (approx. 230 sqm).

I already have detailed PDF floor plans with room layouts, doors, windows, and ceiling heights.

Purpose:
The model will be used for interior design, furniture layout, and lighting planning/simulation.

What I need:

Complete .sh3d project file
Accurate walls, rooms, doors, windows
Multi-floor setup incl. staircase
Basic structure only (no detailed furniture required)

Communication can be in German or English.
