Re: Objects lose transparency when grouping Thanks Han5,  I think I prefer to try it from within a virtual machine first, as don't really want the GRUB (boot loader code) adding to my boot sector. Since posting my previous message I downloaded 10.4.1 Desktop, I guess it shouldn't be that different? Will set it installing!  db'-¦tech Edit: Ah, Lucid is the name of version 10.4.1. D'oh!
