hi. A very interesting experience. I have studied everything carefully. I have a question. So far, I see that the initial random generation of artificial intelligence can only be used as an exercise. But do you think it's possible to get a more useful initial image? After all, the house does not stand in an empty flat field. Every house is a difficult task, there are many factors. Other houses nearby, landscape, SHAPE and size of the plot. Existing communications. The customer's budget and, as a result, the choice of technology. Is it possible to get the right start from Artificial Intelligence with the help of a competent query if you need to design a real house in a real place? Or is this not possible in architecture? I tried to play on the site and didn't see any prospects. What do you think? Yes, this toy is suitable for teaching the basics of design. And for real work?
My designs, generally speaking, are basically exercises in creativity, and usually are not created for any specific place. I usually find an image, not intentionally, that inspires me; sometimes it’s a house plan that I’ve seen online, or an advertisement of some sort that shows a building with an interesting feature. Sometimes the inspiration is a hypothetical question that just pops in my head.
The only time that I have had a specific place in mind for my designs has been on the lot where my current home sits, although with only one of those designs taking into account my neighbors (all of the houses in this neighborhood are single story, and the one design was inspired by a house plan I’d found online, so not really an original plan).
As far as I know, Artificial Intelligence might be able to come up with something that might work if the right input was given, but unfortunately I don’t have the knowledge at this time for that. Maybe the site I’ve been playing around with isn’t capable. I just don’t know. What I have been able to get, if not completely useful, has been moderately inspiring for me; I find it actually quite fun coming up with hypothetical house plans based solely on the images.
I hope that my ramblings are coherent. Have I missed anything?
