Re: How to add a fixed window above a door? You may read also this subject. Which brings up two feature requests ;) 1.Export selected as obj (So we don't have to open a separate file to do this. Or we could export the door to Wings3d, add the top part, and re import.)This could be used for adding sloping roofs also. 2. "Create Openings". Rectangular openings which could be fitted with furniture - to make arches, grills etc. Another alternative is to break the wall at both ends of the door/window. Then add a Group, consisting of Door + Window + scaled box (representing wall above.) Unfortunately this requires careful aligning which SweetHome3d doesn't have (I think.) |
