It might be a problem with the app store version. I don't use Windows myself and always use the Linux version from the Download page. Never had any problems with it. There is also a Windows version so you can try that one (free download). That one might not have the nagging "Pro" popup. As far as I know "Pro" only means that more models are included in the installer. Since you can download and import models and libraries anyway that makes no difference. Everything is available on the 3D models page and the external links offer even more models and libraries (like dodecagon.nl
).Before that you should check if you have enough permissions when you install and/or run the the program. You probably need administrator rights for the install, I'm not sure about running the program. Also check this post about other programs that possibly interfere with the correct execution of Sweet Home 3D.
