Re: SH3D refuses to save my file Sorry for your problem. I don't see how installing the programs you cite could cause any trouble in Sweet Home 3D. The files prefixed by "Content" and suffixed by ".pref" contains the 3D model or the icon of each piece of furniture you previously imported.
