Re: An espresso machine factory in sweet home That is very cool. The thing I like most is that you give staff the option to play around and maybe come up with improvements in a collaborative way. Other than minor things you spot in meetings, have you had any instances where someone came back into the office, and said "I was playing around over the weekend...", showed you a revised version of the shared file, and you've thought "Damn! that is a great idea!" and acted on it? Especially interesting if it was someone unexpected. |
