Could you try to run it from a Terminal window?
Open Terminal application, drag and drop Sweet Home 3D icon on Terminal window, add /Contents/MacOS/SweetHome3D after Sweet\ Home\ 3D.app to obtain something like:

/Applications/Sweet\ Home\ 3D.app/Contents/MacOS/SweetHome3D

Then, press <enter> and copy paste here the text that will be displayed. This could help fix your issue.
