Re: 2D view of carpets Wojtek: The short answer to your question is: "NO". Now the long answer: In the 2D view the objects are stacked on top of each other in the order they are inserted. So if you want the rug/carpet on the bottom, insert it first. Of course, if you decide to insert a different carpet, it will end up on top of the stack. A better solution would be to change the elevation of all objects that should appear on top of the rug. The "standard" rug included in the furniture library has a thickness of 2 cms. However, it is not necessary to elevate, say, your coffee table 2 cms to be on top of the rug. If you elevate it 0.1 cms or 0.5 cms it will always be on top of the rug in the 2D view. Remember that in the 3D view you will not see the part of the object that is hidden in the rug. So, if you want to see the whole object, you should elevate it the same distance as the thickness of the rug.
