Every now and then I get stuck in this window, and I can't find a way out. I can't see any of the walls I've created, or the gridlines to draw them on? Is this a known problem?

Is this normal? Every now and then I get stuck in this window, and I can't find a way out. I can't see any of the walls I've created, or the gridlines to draw them on? Is this a known problem? |
