system menus are not in english I tried the offline installation and the java web start for this program and it starts up but all of the applicaiton menus (file, edit, view...) are in a non-english language. If I select an option that pops up a new window the contents of that window are in english. However, I can't read the application menus to know what I am supposed to do. Any ideas?
