I've been working on a 2-story version of this house. It has only a 1-car garage, I turned the Family room into the Master bedroom with the room above the garage is the Master bathroom. Unfortunately there is no loft space for my sewing room but the hallway upstairs is wider due to there's no staircase going any higher.
I can share aerial screenshots and floor plans (once I piece together the separate screenshots); I'm currently helping someone with something else.
