Strictly speaking, 12:00 -- either one -- is neither a.m. nor p.m. Because of problems knowing which developers assign to noon and which to midnight, I always set alarms, timers, etc. to 12:01 [a.m.|p.m.]. I figure it's better being 1 minute late than 11:59 late -- or early. |
