I spent most of the day recreating the house in the larger area. Actually I ended up making it a bit wider than I'd originally thought it would fit into.
Here's a view of the front.
The changes here are quite subtle.

Here the changes are quite noticeable... and I think I might make an adjustment to a wall in "Great Room 2"...
