Re: Wooden Stairway (180° / U form) ..rather standard... Yes, well, they way you describe the 180° staircase, it sounds standard. However, there are quite a few ways of making such a staircase. I put a couple of preliminary staircases in SF 3D models 329 (some other models are there already). These two are part of a collection I am working on (annoyingly, work keeps disturbing me). Alas, only with landings (which is the most common design for a 180° staircases, at least here). Use the invisible texture to hide/remove elements (handrail, balusters, riser etc). Textures can, of course, be replaced. I think the texture mapping is not too far off, but the staircases are just drafts. The two test models are inserted in test_staircase_180_landing.sh3d. Note that my floor height is 250/265 cm, this may have to be adjusted. Hope this helps (and please let me know). ok ![]() |
