Re: Questions from a newby I've been working with it and have gained a better understanding. The way I think of it now- Let's say I create a room, I think of it as I am drawing the Floor of a room. Let's say I draw a Wall and a certain portion of one of the Sides of the Wall is in contact with the floor. If I then modify the Room and choose the color Red under 'Wall sides around room', that side of the Wall will turn Red. If a certain portion of both Sides of the Wall are in contact with the Floor I have drawn, then both Sides will turn Red. The longer the Wall the more wall I have to have in contact with the floor for 'modifying the room' to affect the Wall. I think before, I was being very sloppy with my Rooms and Walls- I would color my living room blue and a wall in the kitchen would turn blue also. |
