Re: Questions from a newby You should start by reading the user's guide . It gives you step by step instructions on how to setup and design your project. It also covers texturing of walls. Contrary to Juggernaut's advice there's no need for trial and error when texturing walls. Every wall has a direction, indicated by little triangles when the wall is selected. The modify wall dialog even has a note at the bottom that explains which side is left and right. You can also reverse the wall direction. The command is in the context menu if I remember correctly.
